The Moment
It was Neversea 2024 and the Nomazi team was sitting in relative comfort inside a container on Neversea Beach, in Constanța, trying to keep the party going on the social media accounts.
And by all accounts, the party was going strong. (this was later confirmed also by the data we had)
The Context
But we had started learning about a festival goers worst nightmare. We started hearing rumours that soon became true: the largest festival in Bucharest (at the time) was not only becoming a fiasco, but also it just… stopped.
Tens of thousands of people who were ready for a great night with friends at their local festival found themselves without a festival.
The Decision
We couldn’t let that happen. It wasn’t our festival, but we love all festival - goers. It’s what keeps us going, year after year. We couldn’t bear the idea of this huge disappointment.
So we did something about it. The following is a timeline of 45 minutes, on the clock, that made headline after headline.
Timeline

PHASE 1
The Client
After we put a plan together, we ran it by the client. They loved it and gave us the green light.

PHASE 2
The Invite
We launched an invitation for everybody that bought a ticket, but was left with no festial to attend: grab the train and get in free at Neversea 2024.

PHASE 3
The Party
Everybody was invited, everybody saw the message and 157 people actually came to Neversea that great night.
